This is our IQC working area, where we employ a dust-free and sealed environmental design to minimize the impact of external factors. We understand that you wouldn't want to see any visible dust on the dial. All processed parts or purchased materials undergo rigorous inspection in the IQC phase to prevent complications during assembly. Once the materials pass the inspection, qualified ones are transferred to our material warehouse through the designated transfer window. The warehouse management personnel allocate the parts to our assembly department in accordance with the production plan, ensuring a well-organized workflow that greatly reduces the occurrence of errors.
The assembly work area is designed with a dust-free and enclosed environment. All personnel entering and exiting are required to pass through an air shower and dust removal door to prevent the introduction of dust into the production environment. Rest assured, we prioritize the well-being of our artisans. Ventilation devices and pipes have been installed to ensure a fresh air supply for them to work in. Furthermore, we have dedicated areas for leisure, entertainment, and tea drinking, allowing our craftsmen to relax and rejuvenate during their breaks.
This is our Finished Product QC department, which is also the final step before watches are placed in storage. The artisans' job is to inspect the appearance and functionality of each watch. Every watch undergoes professional calibration using specialized equipment and observation of simulated wearing timekeeping errors. Watches that pass the timekeeping error test also undergo a waterproof function test in a simulated pressure environment. Once all these checks are completed, the San Martin Watch you normally purchase will be packaged and sent to the warehouse.
